The Clinical Training Consultant is responsible for working with business units to identify technical (skill-based), knowledge and soft-skill training needs designed to improve job performance and productivity. The Clinical Training Consultant will design, develop, facilitate, and maintain cost effective and consistent learning solutions that meet organizational training needs. As a Clinical Trainer you will use your training and development skills to make a difference by providing initial and continuing education to the clinical operations staff.

Registered Nurse with current license in state of NC
Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
Minimum 2 years providing healthcare education or training-
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks monthly
Case Management certification
Case Management experience preferred
Remote Facilitation experience preferred
Telephonic Nursing experience preferred
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
