As the Senior Manager of Infusion Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for support of Infusion Operations in all LTC pharmacies that perform Infusion Services. The position is responsible for development, implementation and compliance tracking of all Infusion related initiatives and Policies & Procedures. Collaboration with other CVS departments to develop standardization of policies, programs and SOPs is required. Individual serves as a primary clinical and operational resource to key LTC Pharmacy leaders including VPOs, DDOs, and GMs for all LTC locations that perform Infusion Services; as well as daily support to IV Managers, IV Pharmacists, and IV Technicians.
2 years Clinical Infusion Therapy experience in alternate care settings.
Management or Supervisory experience would be helpful
Strong Knowledge of Aseptic technique and USP-797.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a multi-site pharmacy operation.
Excellent prioritization and planning skills.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to deliver results.
Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong clinical research skills related to pharmacy infusion practices.
A minimum of 5-8 years work experience in Infusion Pharmacy or LTC Pharmacy.
B.S. in Pharmacy with active pharmacy license.
