JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Coordinator Program Manager, RN is responsible for the success and daily operation of the outpatient facility at the Cancer Institute including managing, promoting, evaluating and directing the daily operations of nursing care coordination for the patients in the Cancer Institute. This RN, Clinical Coordinator Program Manager provides overall hiring, training, supervising, and management responsibilities for the Cancer Institute Clinical Nurse Coordinator staff. This nurse program manager evaluates and improves clinical performance by creating and maintaining a work environment that fosters quality and safe care, patient satisfaction, interdisciplinary collaboration, team building and service excellence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BSN, Master’s preferred
Three (3) years experience in Oncology Nursing required
Licensure as a Registered Nurse required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possesses counseling skills and diplomacy
Possesses supervisory experience
Ability to analyze data and make logical decisions
Ability to function independently and be highly motivated
Ability to adapt to multiple organizational structures and demonstrate flexibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
OCN Certification preferred
Master’s Degree
